Daniella DeGeorge
Executive Assistant | Director
As Director and Executive Assistant to the Senior Principals, Daniella DeGeorge plays a key role within the studio. Leveraging over a decade of experience in operations management in support of C-suite executives, she orchestrates the daily operations of the firm. A valued member of senior leadership, she leads the creation and dissemination of firm-wide policies and announcements, while managing studio requirements, and employee relations. Focused on creating strong interpersonal connections, Daniella holistically impacts the overall culture of the firm.
Daniella’s approach is informed by her previous career in clinical psychology research. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she was President of Psi Chi Psychology Honors Society, Golden Chain Honors Society, and a member of Lloyd International Honors College.
