Lindsay Green

As Chief Operating Officer and Principal, Lindsay Green oversees business operations, strategic financial planning, and firmwide staff organization. She brings nearly 20 years of experience as a Project Director and Operations Leader to her role. Throughout her career, she has participated in every project phase across many scales and typologies. Moreover, Lindsay approaches the business holistically. She has implemented tools and processes that improve project efficiency, operations, and office culture. As a result, these systems support a more collaborative work environment. Lindsay also works closely with project leaders to guide the firm’s continued success.
Lindsay has earned industry recognition for her critical thinking and transformative solutions. Before joining OU, she served as a Studio Director at BNIM. She later became a Regional Design Management Leader at Gensler, where she worked with OU’s co-founders. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), which she earned in 2000.
It is important to me to be proud of our work. I’ve always been detail oriented and focused on putting quality work forward. I want our firm to be known for the same level of quality I hold myself to personally.
