Scott Walter
AIA Director
Scott Walter brings over 20 years of experience as a designer and project architect to his role as Director. His sensibility as a designer, coupled with an understanding of building methods and the value of collaboration across disciplines and professions, forms the core of his practice. Playing a crucial role in the firm’s design and delivery process, he leads with integrity, ensuring mutual respect amongst team members. His portfolio of built work includes broadly published award-winning projects of diverse building types, including single-family residences, mixed-use multi-family projects, and bespoke restaurants. Scott’s ongoing thematic interests highlight a concern for material, place, and the human experience.
Throughout his career Scott has worked with highly regarded firms such as Marmol Radziner, KoningEizenberg, and Assembledge+, all respected for buildings of exceptional design and considered execution. Notable works in his portfolio include the Elliot House restoration (by Rudolph Schindler, 1928), Hancock Lofts, and R&D Kitchen. Scott is a licensed architect, and AIA member, with a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Design from the University of Florida.
