On September 17th, OFFICEUNTITLED opened its doors to the architecture and urban planning community for a collaborative event with the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Attendees were offered an immersive experience within OU’s studio, providing a comprehensive look into the firm’s processes and technical expertise. ULI members engaged in detailed discussions on OU’s capabilities in entitlement processes, innovative project exploration, and practical applications within the Model Shop. The event also facilitated an analytical dive into OU’s research-driven strategies and their contributions towards addressing Los Angeles’ housing challenges.
