This week the West Hollywood Planning Commission is scheduled to review a proposed condominium complex just north of the Sunset Strip.
The project, which comes from Abady Holdings Corporation of Beverly Hills, calls for razing a trio of small residential buildings at 1120-1124 Larrabee Street to allow for the construction of a four-story edifice featuring 22 one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominiums. Plans call for 17 market-rate housing units – averaging 1,176 square feet in size – and five units priced at the low- and moderate-income levels.
