On November 4, 2024, Urbanize highlighted the progress of OFFICEUNTITLED’s latest design at 2919 Wilshire Blvd., a transformative project set to replace an outdated commercial building and surface parking with an eight-story, mixed-use development.
The new project will feature 127 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments above 5,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Designed with a commitment to urban living, it also provides parking for 172 vehicles. According to a staff report, the design concept incorporates outdoor space, natural lighting, ventilation, and a thoughtful play of depth and texture. Inspired by a multi-dimensional pixelated grid, the project subtly echoes the surrounding architecture, blending form and material along the commercial corridor.
