Moreno Wins Design 9 Award

Moreno has been named the 2025 Modern Luxury Design 9 Awards winner for Best Outdoor Space, recognized as a tranquil Brentwood retreat shaped by light, material warmth, and an “arborous,” quietly lush landscape. Designed by OFFICEUNTITLED, the residence treats the outdoors as an essential extension of daily life, crafting moments that feel both serene and deeply connected to the site.

Two courtyards define the home’s spatial rhythm—a ginkgo anchors the central court, while a Japanese maple and water feature give the northern garden a more contemplative character. A slatted trellis filters afternoon sun into a shifting play of shadows, and a warm material palette of smooth stucco, custom-stained cedar, and textured bronze panels reinforces the continuity between interior and exterior.
