Regarded as a lens into the city’s future, the AR Future Projects Awards have, since 2002, highlighted exceptional unbuilt work—projects that promise to enrich urban life and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
Selected for its role as an urban catalyst, 4th & Hewitt redefines the workplace as an active participant in the public realm. The project’s street-level activation, embedded arts programming, and network of outdoor spaces were recognized for fostering new patterns of interaction and offering a glimpse into the civic life of tomorrow.
