4th & Hewitt is a PLAN Award Finalist!
We’re proud to share that 4th & Hewitt has been named a Finalist in the Office & Business category of THE PLAN Award 2025. Presented by THE PLAN, one of the leading international architecture publications, the award recognizes innovation and design excellence across disciplines. This year’s competition drew hundreds of submissions from around the world, spotlighting projects that thoughtfully address contemporary challenges in the built environment.
Located in the heart of the Arts District in Los Angeles, 4th & Hewitt reimagines the future of creative workspaces in a post-pandemic world. Designed by OFFICEUNTITLED, the campus integrates flexible office, retail, and gallery uses across a series of layered, indoor-outdoor environments. Terraced volumes, generous open spaces, and warehouse-inspired interiors promote wellness, adaptability, and community engagement — all while maintaining a strong connection to the neighborhood’s cultural and industrial roots.
This recognition from THE PLAN adds to a growing list of honors for the project, including the AIA|LA Next Award and a SCDF Design Award Citation. As a concept project, 4th & Hewitt explores how architecture can respond to new modes of working, living, and gathering in urban contexts. We’re honored to be included among this year’s finalists.
